1. Who we are
This website, perfectqube.com, is run by Perfect Qube, a ceiling, interior design and renovation business based in New Delhi, India. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act") and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, Perfect Qube is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. That means we decide why and how your personal data is used, and we are responsible for protecting it.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Perfect Qube, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us (a "Data Principal" under the DPDP Act).
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. We do not buy data about you or collect it from other sources.
| When | What we receive |
|---|---|
| You use the "Request a free quote" form | Your name, phone number, the service and property type you choose, your location and the project details you type. The form does not send anything to us by itself: it opens WhatsApp on your device with the message filled in, and we only receive it if you choose to send it. |
| You call, WhatsApp, email or message us on Instagram | Your phone number, WhatsApp or Instagram profile name, email address and anything you include in your message, such as photos, floor plans or measurements of your property. |
| We visit your site or carry out work | Your site address, measurements, photos of the space, design preferences, and the billing details needed for quotations, invoices and payments. |
| You simply browse this website | We do not collect anything ourselves. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, which are needed to deliver and secure the website. |
Please don't send us sensitive information we haven't asked for, such as bank passwords, Aadhaar numbers or health information.
3. Why we use your personal data
We use your personal data only for these specific purposes:
- to reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- to arrange and carry out a site visit and take measurements;
- to prepare 2D plans, 3D designs, consultations and quotations;
- to carry out, supervise and hand over the work you engage us for, and to provide warranty support;
- to issue invoices, receive payments and keep the accounting and tax records required by law;
- to keep this website running securely.
We will not use your data for marketing messages unless you separately agree, and we never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
4. Consent and withdrawing it
Before you send an enquiry through our quote form, we ask you to tick a box agreeing to us using your details to contact you about that enquiry. When you call, message or email us directly, you share your details with us for the same purpose. Once you engage us for a project, we use your data as needed to carry out that project and to meet our legal obligations.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Just send "Please delete my details" by WhatsApp or SMS to +91 85271 22327, or email info@perfectqube.com. We will then stop using your data and delete it, except where we must keep certain records by law (for example, invoices for tax purposes). Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it, and if a project is under way we may not be able to continue it without the necessary details.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become a project: deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.
- Project records (designs, site details, communications): kept for the length of the project and its warranty period, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them for future work.
- Invoices and payment records: kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require.
- Hosting server logs: kept by Netlify for a limited period according to its own policies.
7. How we protect your data
We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data, including: an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for this website; storing enquiries only in password-protected business accounts and devices; limiting access to people who need it for your project; and deleting data once it is no longer needed.
If a personal data breach affecting you ever happens, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act and Rules, explaining what happened, the likely impact and the steps we are taking.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access: get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we do with it, and know who we have shared it with;
- Correction and updating: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated;
- Erasure: have your data deleted once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- Withdraw consent at any time (see section 4);
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us and get a response (see section 9);
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so.
